Welcome to Norfolk Electronic Library Online PC Booking Service.

We have public computer terminals available for booking in all of our libraries. This website allows you to book those computers but you need to be a registered Library member to book and you will need to use the PIN number you were provided with to allow secure access.

If you are not a library member already, you can join online here.

If you have forgotten your PIN, you can reset your PIN here.

The standard session length is 120 minutes. We also have some quick use PCs in some libraries with shorter session lengths. These are non-bookable and available on a first come, first served basis.

Computer usage is subject to Norfolk County Council's Terms and Conditions View Terms and Conditions. If you have no special requirements about which PC you use, you can book the next available PC in any library via this website.

A system to allow self-service customer access, called Open Libraries, has been installed at most of our libraries. At some times during the week, there will be no staff present in the libraries. During these periods you will only be able to enter the library by scanning your borrower card, if you are 16 years or older.

We reserve the right to change, amend or cancel your booking

Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late logging on, your booking will automatically be cancelled and the PC will become available for use by other customers.

If you encounter any problems please telephone the Customer Service Centre Number on 0344 800 8020 Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, or email information@norfolk.gov.uk
